Your emails and contacts sync with MS Outlook without the need to copy and
paste into the DMS system. You can include all of your contacts and correspondence
within the DMS system without leaving Outlook!
Our system is integrated with Destination Marketing Association International’s
(DMAI) empowerMint system. Valuable information on convention leads is imported
directly into your even information to make better decisions on pending business
proposals.
Our DMS system has two ways to email. A bulk email tool within the system allows
you to communicate with clients and partners you have a relationship with,
and we synchronize with Exact Target for larger email communication campaigns
in which the ability to opt-out is necessary. This feature automatically updates
the iDSS database of those opt-outs without any user intervention.
