Partner Interface (PI) extranet:
Provides hotels access to leads, updates, definite bookings and cancellations .
This eliminates faxes, email and paper documents, however email distribution is also available if this is the preferred choice.
As hotel staff log into iDSS, their task list reminds them of when information is due back to the bureau reducing turn-around time and duplicate follow-up.
Hotel sales staffs are able to respond directly to the account file electronically with proposed room blocks and rates.
Staff can immediately determine which hotels have responded to new business opportunities and contact those not responding in a timely manner.

Event Planner role (coming summer 2011) will allow end users to log into specific areas of the CRM database to view lodging responses to event opportunities including rate and number of rooms committed and attached files including specific property proposals.

Partner Update:
Provides your industry partners the ability to log into the database and submit the most up to date information regarding their staffing, credentials and business information that ultimately populates the CRM database as well as the DMO website(s).

Web Services:
Our powerful CRM database already houses your partner descriptions including attributes such as number and kind of guest rooms, property descriptions, photography and map coordinates. Why not send this information directly to the DMO website(s) and eliminate unnecessary, duplicative content management tools from website hosts? Modifications to the iDSS database are automatically captured and presented to your primary marketing vehicle, your websites.
Our newest feature (summer 2011) integrated e-proposal system to aggregate lead responses from lodging partners and present to the end user in a classy, branded electronic vehicle.
